About the Role:
Cambridge is looking for a Sustainability Consultant with deep experience in LEED or Mostadam certification, energy audits, and performance modeling.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead LEED/Mostadam submittals and client coordination.

Conduct building energy modeling using IES-VE, DesignBuilder, or eQUEST.

Analyze energy consumption, HVAC systems, and lighting efficiency.

Develop strategies for carbon reduction and cost optimization.

Prepare technical reports, compliance forms, and presentations.
Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Environmental, or Architectural Engineering.

3–7 years of relevant experience.

LEED AP or Mostadam PQP certified.

Experience with simulation tools and international standards.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
