About the Role:
Cambridge Engineering Consultants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to support project execution across multiple engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will play a central role in aligning design workflows, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables for multidisciplinary projects across Jordan and the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project workflows among architectural, structural, MEP, energy, and BIM teams.

Develop and maintain project timelines using MS Project or Primavera P6.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress, risks, and variances.

Organize coordination meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Standardize project documentation and track deliverables throughout all phases.

Provide administrative and technical support to project managers and discipline leads.

Develop and maintain tracking systems for project progress, risks, and resource allocations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.

3–6 years of experience in project coordination within an engineering consultancy or design firm.

Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle (Initiation to Close-Out).

Proficient in:
• MS Project or Primavera P6
• Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Dashboards)
• PowerPoint (for progress reporting)
• Digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Notion, Trello) -
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Familiarity with technical submittals, drawing logs, and change order workflows.

Basic understanding of contracts, project scopes, and stakeholder coordination.
