About the Role:
Cambridge Engineering Consultants is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Architectural Engineer with strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and a solid understanding of interdisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will lead architectural packages across various design phases and contribute to the delivery of high-performance buildings across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of architectural design packages from concept to IFC, ensuring technical accuracy and code compliance.

Produce and review architectural plans, sections, elevations, BOQs, schedules, and detailed construction documentation using Revit Architecture.

Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams to ensure integration of disciplines and resolution of technical clashes.

Supervise junior architects and BIM modelers to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Participate in design presentations, value engineering sessions, and client/consultant meetings.

Ensure design outputs align with local authority regulations and international best practices (IBC, SBC, etc.).

Contribute to material selection, sustainability integration, and constructability reviews.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).

3–5 years of proven experience in architectural design and detailing.

Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture is essential; familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Solid understanding of local and international building codes, construction practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Experience working on medium-to-large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

Strong communication skills and ability to lead design coordination across teams.

Member of the Jordan Engineers Association (or eligible); LEED/Mostadam experience is an advantage.
