About the Role:
Cambridge Engineering Consultants is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and modeling of electrical systems for high-profile buildings and infrastructure projects in Jordan and the Gulf. A strong foundation in Revit MEP and a passion for smart, sustainable design are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and layout of low voltage (LV) electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, cable routing, and grounding systems.

Support the preparation of single-line diagrams, lighting layouts, power layouts, and load schedules.

Model electrical systems using Revit MEP in accordance with BIM standards and LOD requirements.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.

Perform basic calculations and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.

Participate in QA/QC processes and support the production of construction documents (IFC/shop drawings).
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

0–3 years of experience in electrical design and documentation.

Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (knowledge of Dialux, ETAP, or other tools is a plus).

Familiarity with IEC and NEC codes and local authority regulations.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Jordan Engineers Association membership or eligibility.
