About the Role:
Cambridge Engineering Consultants is seeking a Landscape Architect (Mid-Level) to join our growing design team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality landscape design packages for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the Gulf and Jordan. This role requires strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and experience in delivering coordinated, sustainable outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead landscape design packages from concept through to construction documentation.

Prepare site plans, planting plans, grading, irrigation layouts, and detailed drawings.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, infrastructure, and MEP) to ensure fully integrated and site-sensitive designs.

Produce high-quality 2D and 3D visual presentations for client meetings and approvals.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability goals.

Support BIM integration in landscape design using Revit and/or Civil 3D.

Review shop drawings and material submittals, and participate in site visits and supervision support when needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

3–5 years of professional experience in landscape design and documentation.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling/rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar).

Experience with Revit and/or Civil 3D is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of hardscape detailing, planting design, and irrigation principles.

Strong design portfolio and excellent graphic communication skills.

Good organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.

Membership or eligibility for membership in the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) is preferred.
