Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Specification Writer to develop project-specific technical specifications for architecture, MEP, and infrastructure works.
Responsibilities:

Draft CSI/MasterFormat-based specifications.

Review vendor data sheets and integrate into documents.

Coordinate closely with discipline leads.
-
Ensure alignment with codes and performance standards.
Requirements:

Engineering or Architecture degree.
-
5–10 years of specification writing experience.
-
Experience with NBS, MasterSpec, or other specification platforms.
-
Fluent in technical documentation.
