Role Overview:
Cambridge is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, BOQs, and tender documents during the design phase of multidisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs from Revit models.

Generate BOQs and cost reports.

Validate design compliance with project budgets.

Assist with tender packages and value engineering.
Requirements:

BSc in Quantity Surveying or Civil/MEP Engineering.

3–6 years of experience in consultancy or pre-contract QS.

Knowledge of POMI and CESMM standards.
-
Proficient in Excel, CostX or similar software.
