Role Overview:
Creative Conceptual Designer wanted to produce visionary ideas and pre-design packages for iconic buildings and urban spaces.
Responsibilities:

Develop design narratives, master plan visions, and mood boards.

Produce 3D massing, diagrams, and presentations.

Work with clients during early-stage approvals.
Requirements:

BArch or Urban Design degree.

3–6 years of conceptual experience.

SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite proficiency.
-
A portfolio of concept-stage design is mandatory.
