About the Role:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with strong expertise in Revit Structure and BIM coordination to join our structural design team. The ideal candidate will lead the structural scope of multidisciplinary projects and be deeply involved in model-based design and documentation across high-profile regional developments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead structural design and modeling of reinforced concrete and steel structures using Revit Structure, fully integrated with BIM workflows.
-Develop parametric models, smart families, and structural details aligned with project LOD standards (LOD 300–400+).
-Perform structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and integrate results into coordinated BIM models.
-Manage interdisciplinary coordination with architectural and MEP teams, resolving clashes and maintaining model accuracy.
-Supervise and mentor junior engineers and BIM modelers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
-Prepare design reports, structural calculations, and IFC/construction packages according to international standards (ACI, ASCE, IBC, BS)
Qualifications:
-BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (MSc is a plus).
-2-5 years of experience in structural design and documentation.
-High proficiency in Revit Structure is essential, including experience with parametric modeling, model phasing, and coordination tools.
-Strong command of analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, RAM).
-Familiarity with Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, and collaborative platforms.
-Deep understanding of regional and international building codes.
-Excellent communication, team coordination, and technical report writing skills.
-Jordan Engineering Association membership required. PE license or equivalent is an advantage.
